Welcome!

I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Delaware, where I currently teach Introduction to Marketing. I earned my PhD at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

My research examines several facets of judgment and decision making and consumer psychology. In particular, I'm interested in how technology - especially behavioral tracking - affects decisions.  Also, I study the judgments and consequences of repeated behaviors, prosocial actions, memory and experiential choices.

Please use the links below to read more about my research, including open materials for all published work. You can contact me at jasilv@udel.edu
